  • You received a check because TAB Bank's records indicate that you are an Eligible Consumer that utilized the EasyPay Interest Rebate Program (the "IRP"). As such, you are entitled to a rebate of the IRP fee paid in connection with your loan.

  • Restitution is compensation for an injury or loss. In this case, TAB Bank will provide voluntary restitution to all adversely impacted EasyPay IRP consumers identified beginning April 13, 2017 through December 31, 2022. These restitution payments are being made completely voluntarily by TAB Bank.

  • Eligible Consumers include all TAB Bank consumers who utilized the EasyPay IRP that were adversely impacted by the IRP fee from April 13, 2017 to December 31, 2022, as identified by TAB Bank's records. Eligible Consumers do not include: (1) borrowers that paid their loans under the IRP but did not pay any IRP fees; and (2) borrowers with loans where the IRP fee was capped at $0 while corrective disclosures were being implemented (the $40 IRP fee was no longer imposed as of November 18, 2022).

  • If you are not sure if you are an Eligible Consumer, you may contact the Restitution Administrator by phone or email to search for your account to see if we received information from TAB Bank identifying you as an Eligible Consumer. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. (Mountain) by calling toll-free 1-844-717-0619 or emailing info@TABRestitution.com.

  • TAB Bank has set aside sufficient funds to facilitate full payment to every Eligible Consumer. Eligible Consumers will be issued a check in the amount of the IRP fees they paid as reflected in TAB Bank’s and EasyPay’s records.

  • Eligible Consumers do not need to file any paperwork or contact anyone in order to receive their payments. Checks were mailed to the last-known address of all Eligible Consumers on July 14, 2023. If you believe you are an Eligible Consumer and have not received a restitution check, please contact the Restitution Administrator by calling toll-free 1-844-717-0619 or emailing info@TABRestitution.com.
